I like to create flower cards, and this Peony card is my favorite. It’s large enough to really add the layers to, yet not to big. The card shown here is 6 X 6 in size, and the image fits nicely. I also followed Splitcoaststampers SC177 Card Sketch for this card, it’s a perfect fit.
I stamped the image three times. First one (on the card front) completely shade as shown, the other two only shade the flowers, cut out each one smaller then the last; assemble as shown. Apply glitter.
Supplies:
Stamps: Peony Set - Flourishes.
Cardstock: Blush Blossom, Bravo Burgundy - Stampin' Up! Hey Sugar by Cosom Cricket - Eclectic Paperie.
Stamp Pad: Coffee Bean Brilliance Pigment Pad - Michael’s, Creamy Caramel, Close to Cocoa, White (Craft Pad) - Stampin’ Up!
Misc.: Brads - Unknown, Copic Markers - Eclectic Paperie, Ribbon, Glitter - Michael’s.
I saw your Poppy card first, and followed your link to Flourishes where I just bought this Peony stamp last night - all thanks to your lovely work! Gorgeous, really inspiring! :)
