I am delighted to share two new dies with you today. The first one is the new Nested Poinsettia S4-219 die templates. As you know I love to make flowers, so I thought in my tutorial I would share another video on how I shade these pretty little things. Please see below.
Supplies:
Spellbinders: S4-219 Nested Poinsettia, S4-157 Sunflower 1 (leaves). Cardstock: Real Red, Garden Green – Stampin’ Up! Stamp Pads: Raisin, Bottle – Ranger Adirondack Dye Pads. Copic Markers: Acid Yellow Y08, Lipstick Red R29. Misc.: Stamens – Impress, 2 Rolls of narrow gold ribbon to wrap the Wreath Ring, 8” Styrofoam Green Ring, Gold Christmas Ribbon for bow – Michael’s.
Nested Poinsettia #S4-219 MSRP $19.99
Measurements: Largest Piece Length x Width 3-3/4” x 4”, Medium Piece 2-3/4” x 2-1/2”, Small Piece 1-1/2” x 1-1/2”.
Here is my second project for you today. It is a combination of the S4-219 Nested Poinsettia and l2-1006 Impressabilities Floral Stone. Using the two together is stunning to say the least. The flower is made the same way as in the video, only I sponged everything with Blush Blossom. I almost used the entire package of pearls for the flower center. I truly believe the Floral Stone background is what makes this card so elegant. PLEASE Don’t forget to read the rules below.
Supplies: Spellbinders: l2-1006 Impressabilities, S4-219 Nested Poinsettia, S5-006 Mega Curved Rectangles. Cardstock: Whisper White, Blush Blossom – Stampin’ Up! Stamp Pad: Blush Blossom. Misc.: Blush Self Adhesive Pearls – Kaiser. Ribbon: May Arts – Rubbernecker.
Impressabilities Floral Stone l2-1006 MSRP $6.99.
Measurements: Length x Width 5-1/2” x 4-1/2”.
