Hello dear bloggers, I hope you had a wonderful weekend, I did. DH went to a baseball game in Irvine, and my lovely Granddaughter came over and spent the weekend with me. I love it when she comes over, we have so much fun together, and laugh the entire time she's here.
Today I have a pretty Easter project to share with you, that I truly enjoyed creating. Although I wasn't going to make this a card, that's what it ended up being LOL!!! Sorry I don't have a video for you, but I have a written step-by-step tutorial shown below the pictures.
Remember you can click on the picture to make them larger for easier viewing, and all supplies are listed below.
Thanks for visiting today. Linda ❤❤
Bible:
Cut/emboss Labels Seven #5 and #6.
Trace around the outside edge of the #5 and #6 dies with a pencil, cut out with scissors.
Stamp the sentiment, and sponge around the edges.
With an 18kt. Gold Krylon pen go around all edges, set aside and let the gold dry.
Fold each layer in the center to create a book look.
On the wrong side of each layer (except bottom) add foam tape to all corners.
Start with the bottom layer, add glue down the center. Remove the protective cover from the foam tape of the next layer, place center fold in the glue of the bottom layer, then press the corners down making sure the center stays in place.
Repeat the last step until all layers are attached.
Cross:
With gold foil, cut/emboss Crosses Two die template, repeat with regular cardstock. You should now have four crosses, two foil, and two regular cardstock.
Glue the foil crosses to the cardstock crosses, set aside and let dry.
When dry, color each one with Copic Markers.
With a Q-tip dipped in Copic Various Ink (0 Colorless Blender) begin removing the dark color from foil.
Flower:
Stamp two, color with Copic Markers, cut one flower out completely, and only the flower of the other one.
Add bling and ribbon, then aassemble as shown.

This is a beautiful card. Will you do a tutorial on this as I am a little confused about the two sets of #5 and #6 needed. The gold around the edges just sets it off perfectly. Can't wait to try it myself! Thanks for showing this to us.
