I thought I would share a picture that looks just like the houseboat we bought. Ours is 2 ft. longer on the back deck, but they look the same none the less.
Before I agreed to this new adventure in our lives, I made DH promise that whatever houseboat we ended up with, I had to have enough room for crafting, and internet LOL!! We looked at boats for many years, and were so excited when we found this one. Since I live in California, and we bought the boat in Arizona, and California being strict with the environment, it has to sit in quarantine 7 days in AZ, then 15 days in California before we can put it in the water, with TONS of inspections in between... We might be lucky enough to have it in the water by the forth of July.
Since I'm still helping out at my old day job, I've had very little time to make anything. But, I do have several images colored/complete, ready for a card.
Be back soon, and thanks for visiting today.
Linda ❤❤

Hi Linda - My DH and I just purchased a new motorhome. I also wanted room to craft and want internet. Can you give me any tips? There is a built-in buffet in the dining area that I hope to use to stash my stuff. I just haven't ran across internet stuff. I'm not up to date with the cell phone stuff yet. That may be my answer. LOL
Thanks,
Donna

Congrats, Linda on a new way of life and vacationing. Fun you even have a craft room. My son has a sailboat and re-did it to a beautiful house on the water which is in LA now after his job took him to CA. Have fun.

Oh, boy! Looks like fun to me! So, should we expect cards with a nautical theme?

Super new toy Linda. Looks like you are going to be crafting in style!!!! What fun. This house boat looks huge and California has so many wonderful places to launch her in.

Sorry you have to wait so long for your first sailing. I'm sure you'll have lots of fun with your new home/toy. Edna

How exciting, and the wait will be worth the confidence that you are not bringing in Zebra mussels to the pristine waters in CA. You'll have a BALL! Congratulations and welcome to this fun world of lake boating. Wishing you countless joyous hours

I know you'll enjoy this so much especially with your needs met for crafting and the internet...how can we live without them anymore! Hope everything goes smoothly with inspections and quarantine, and your "part-time" job ends soon ;) Have a great rest of your week!
