Hi there, today's card was fun to make, but also a challenge... I say challenge because the paper I used was from a 6 x 6 paper pad, but the die templates were 5 x 7. I made a short video showing you how to use larger die templates with smaller cardstock. I also changed the bright yellow background paper so it would work better with my design, and not be so bright.
That's it for today, remember you can click on the pictures for a better view, and all supplies are listed below with links.
Thanks for visiting - Linda ❤❤

Thanks for the great tip Linda. I rarely buy the 6X6 pads just because of this. But I must admit that the patterns on them work so much nicer for cards cause they are scaled smaller. I am going to have to dig them out of my stash and give this a try.

Good Morning, Linda. I am always touched by the sweetness of your artwork, and the words of encouragement you offer others. Thank you for sharing how to use 6x6 CS and the tip about "distressing" with the white EP. Though I don't comment often, your blog is one I never miss. It's a privilege visiting you, seeing your heart "on paper", and enjoying the inspiration. Thanks again, de

So beautiful,Linda. I love how you "shabbied" up the background paper. Genius! I have lengthened paper from 6x6 pads, too. Sometimes, I will actually sew the two sheets together, and it acts as a decorative element. Thanks so much for sharing. I just love your blog!
