Hello there, today's project is one that took me "WAY" outside my comfort zone, but I must admit I loved the challenge. Since Spellbinders introduced the Media Mixáge™ line by Susan Lenart Kazmer™, I spend most of my free time searching for blogs that create some of the most interesting jewelry projects, and I want to make everything I see LOL! I've purchased DVD's, books, taken on-line classes about working with metal, ICE Resin®, beads, Metal Clay etc, etc. because I want to learn all I can. As much as I love paper crafting, I love working with metal just as much, and hope to merge the two together. My kids love jewelry, and so do I, I never wear it, but I love it just the same. I enjoy stepping outside my comfort zone, how about you? :)
This necklace was so much fun to make, truly a learning experience but fun. I wish you could see it in person, the pictures just don't do it any justice at all.
That's it for me today, I will be back tomorrow. Remember you can click on the pictures for a better view, and supplies are listed below with links.
Thanks for visiting - Linda ❤❤

Absolutely stunning!!! What a gorgeous creative piece of jewelry! I'm in awe of your ability to make such a creation. I, too, have been interested in jewelry making, but haven't taken the plunge...maybe some day!

Linda: This is absolutely GORGEOUS and I WANT it!!! I took art metal in college so I know what I am talking about when I say this is beautiful and extremely well made. I wish I could look over your shoulder when you make your beautiful cards and NOW your jewelry. You could certainly sell these through etsy or a local boutique. I would buy it...keep at it...and share your lovely things with us.
