NOTE: I had to post my project earlier then the other ladies (listed below), so keep checking for the their beautiful projects.
For our Crafty Secrets Design Team challenge today we were asked to use new products that were recently released. There are so many new stamps/images to chose from, but I wanted to work with this beautiful Rose stamp set.
Well, I started off making a card with this image, but as you can see it’s much to big, so I decided to make a door hanger for my living room. The ribbon along the top is the hanger, but it’s just laying across the top in the picture. I tried to match the soft colors in the cardstock to color the Rose image using Copic Markers (listed below), then I thought I would manipulate the paper along the top, and side to look like fabric. I love that look, and it’s so much fun to do. The little rose in the bow was all white, so I used the same Copic Markers to add shades of pink. Last but not least, the words “With Love” are gold stickers.
Please welcome our new Design Team member Mary Hamer. We are so glad she is joining us, so please visit her blog, and say hello.
Be sure a visit the other Design Team Members blogs listed below, I’m sure you will see some beautiful projects.
Thanks for visiting today – Linda ;)

Hi Linda, okay - Cindy’s and my heart both skipped a beat when we saw your rose card. When we were working on it, it was exactly what we envisioned a master with Copics would do with this stamp set! It's stunning!
