Hello everyone, I hope you are enjoying your weekend! I know the Duke household is :) Anyway, I have a quick post for you today of a card I made using Crafty Secrets new stamp set called Art Blooms. This set reminds me of old Tole Painting patterns that I loved so much when I painted a long time ago, so it was a real treat for me to work with them. All of the flowers and leaves are colored with Copic Markers, and cut out. The background paper (ivory) was embossed with Spellbinders Impressabilities, and the patterned paper was cut to fit the card front, distress around the edges then sewn with the sewing machine. With the lightest green Copic Marker, I colored here-and-there on the ivory paper to give it some color to match the images, and distressed with Dye Ink.
Well, the football game I want to watch is getting ready to come on, so I'm going to end here. Hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend.
Hugs Linda ♥
