Hi there. I finally had the chance to play with my crafty things today, and throughly enjoyed myself. I think it was good taking last week off because I was having a HUGE mojo problem, everything I put my hand on went in the trash... but today crafting was fun. I think we all need a little break from time to time don't you?
Spending a week with Grandkids/kids can be expensive, I had a lot of fun, but my poor wallet is wore out LOL!!! I did make some Micky Mouse pictures using my Cricut for our grandson's room, and they turned out really nice. He just loves them, and it makes my heart happy to see him smiling at them :)
Today's project was made using Crafty Secrets Creating with Vintage Patterns CD, and their new stamp set called Vintage Silhouettes. I love the vanilla and black, with a touch of pink. On vanilla cardstock, print your patteren from the CD, then cut/emboss using the die templates. The only thing stamped was the image, and some sponging on the flower. Add lace, buttons, bows, glitter, and you're done. Oh, I did distress the edge of the pink cardstock with Zutter's Distress-it-All, and I really like it, much easier than the way I was doing it before.
I have two blog hops to get ready for next week, so I will see you then. Don't forget you can click on the pictures for a better look, and all supplies with links are listed below.

These sweet girls frollicing barefoot in the grass (in Russian, this term is called BYSOCUM - roughly spellout out in English). Is this a stamped image? It is SO sweet.
Thanks for sharing your beautiful work. I would love to hear how you achieved this image.

Love this card and I am crazy for the new Crafty Secrets CD - I need to order it so I can play with some of the awesome prints. Your flower is gorgeous. It is so hard seeing all the beautiful projects by such talented artists and not being able to get the products. Patience is not my strong suit. Thanks for all the inspiration
